You've heard the saying, 'We are each our own worst critic' but there is a difference between a constructive versus deconstructive critic.

Being kind to one-self isn't about being weak, in fact I believe it's the complete opposite.

Just as you wouldn't tolerate a close friend speaking ill towards you, you should hold yourself and your mental self-talk to that same standard.

Just as we are our own worst critic, we can also be our own savior.
